On May 30th, the new SUV model, the Tiguan L PRO, was officially launched by SAIC Volkswagen. The car comes in a total of 6 models. In terms of appearance, the new car adopts the latest family design scheme of Volkswagen, with simple and sporty lines. The front adopts a large air intake grille design and has two front face styles, the pioneer version and the R-Line version, creating a good sense of technology and sportiness.

Compared with the current model, the new car's appearance is more youthful and sporty, especially the R-Line version model. The car has a new family-style front face, with a chrome decoration grille spanning the entire front bumper, showing a lot of tension. The headlight group uses the IQ.Light intelligent projection headlight, with an eagle-wing shape connected by decorative panels on both sides.

At the same time, the Tiguan L PRO Gasoline SUV also provides R-Line sporty front face and pioneer front face two kinds of design, the R-Line version is equipped with a large area honeycomb decoration at the lower part of the front bumper, with an "R" logo on the grille, showing a strong sense of sportiness. It is worth mentioning that the IQ.Light system will support a variety of functions, including narrow road vehicle signaling, adaptive steering, dynamic lighting assistance, flowing turn signal lights, welcome/farewell projection light effects, etc.

The side of the Tiguan L PRO features a muscular waistline design to emphasize its sporty feel, and the entire body proportion is very harmonious. In terms of body size, the new car has a length of 4735mm, a width of 1842mm (1859mm) and a height of 1682mm, with a wheelbase of 2791mm. In addition, the new car will provide 18/19/20-inch wheel rims for choice. Compared with the Tiguan L, the Tiguan L PRO is not much larger in terms of vehicle size. Its length has only increased by 2mm, width by 3mm, and height by 9mm, while the wheelbase remains unchanged. However, the Tiguan L PRO no longer provides a 7-seat model, but focuses on making a large 5-seat model, so the rear seat space is actually quite impressive.

As for the rear of the car, the new car has replaced the grid-shaped through tail light, forming a sharp contrast with the current Tiguan models, and the recognition rate will be higher. The rear bumper part, the top-of-the-line model provides a honeycomb-shaped trim panel to echo the front, and red trim is decorated in the middle. In terms of body color, the new car will provide 5 color options, including Arclight White, Galactic Gray, Lightning Blue, Glowing Pink and Quantum Black. Upon entering the car, the Tiguan L PRO largely follows the overall design style of the current model, focusing on the creation of sporty and cabin technology. The color options are Moonlight Gray and Deep Domain Black. It adopts a 15-inch central control screen + 10.3-inch digital instrument panel, compared with the overseas version of the model, the domestic version adds a 11.6-inch entertainment screen for the passenger seat.
