The Bugatti Tourbillon global tour opened in Shanghai Station, which is also the first official appearance of the car in China. The Tourbillon, as the successor to the Chiron, will be equipped with an 8.3-liter naturally aspirated V16 engine and a plug-in hybrid system consisting of three electric motors. It is reported that the car will be limited to 250 units and will cost 3.8 million euros. It will be delivered in 2026.

In terms of appearance, the new car still maintains the classic aesthetic design of the Bugatti brand, with a horseshoe-shaped front grille paired with large cooling openings on both sides and headlights in the shape of an "L". Additionally, the car features an exaggerated butterfly door design that opens upwards, further emphasizing the top-tier supercar status of Bugatti. In terms of size, the car measures 4671mm in length, 2165mm in width, 1189mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2740mm, with a weight of only 1,995 kilograms and a chassis weight of only 45% of that of the Chiron.

In terms of interior design, the new model features a traditional mechanical instrument cluster. The left gauge comprises three interconnected sub-dials that display oil temperature, coolant temperature, battery voltage, and fuel level. The central gauge integrates a speedometer with an embedded tachometer, while the right gauge indicates engine power and electric system output. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with a centrally fixed steering wheel, where only the outer rim rotates while the central hub remains stationary.

In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 90-degree V16 engine developed in collaboration with Cosworth, which has a maximum speed of 9,000 rpm. It also features a three-motor layout consisting of dual front and single rear motors, forming a plug-in hybrid system. The combined power of the hybrid system is 1800 horsepower, and the transmission system uses an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and four-wheel drive system. The car's 0-100km/h acceleration time is 2 seconds, the 0-200km/h acceleration time is less than 5 seconds, the 0-300km/h acceleration time is less than 10 seconds, the 0-400km/h acceleration time is less than 25 seconds, and the top speed is 380km/h. Unlocking the "turbo key" will increase the top speed to 445km/h. In terms of electrification, the three-motor system has a combined power of 800 horsepower and is equipped with an 800V high-voltage platform and a 25kWh battery pack, with a pure electric driving range of 60 kilometers.
