Voyah Passion 2024 New Energy Sedan

The Voyah Automobile's inaugural sedan, characterized by a refined Chinese-style elegance, is positioned as a medium-to-large luxury electric vehicle. It is built upon the advanced ESSA+SOA intelligent bionic architecture.

The 2023 Shanghai Auto Show was successfully held on April 18th, where Voyah Passion 2024 New Energy Sedan (ZhuiGuang), a subsidiary of Voyah Motors, made its market debut. A total of three models were unveiled, ranging in price from CNY 322,900 to CNY 432,900. Positioned as a medium-to-large luxury electric sedan, this is Voyah's first foray into the sedan segment and is built upon the ESSA+SOA intelligent bionic architecture.

In terms of aesthetics, the new car maintains the family design language, officially known as "Heaven and Earth Kunpeng". The front grille seamlessly integrates with the headlights on both sides, creating a cohesive and visually expansive frontal design. The fang-style front surround further accentuates the sporty characteristics of the vehicle. As for body color options, customers can choose from four exquisite shades: Duruo White, Sunlight Orange, Yunguang Blue, and Glaze Gold.

The overall design of the body features a streamlined aesthetic. Both the front and rear fenders are slightly wider than the main body structure. Chrome-plated lines adorn the bottom of the doors, while concealed handles and low drag rims contribute to an impressive drag coefficient of 0.225Cd for this vehicle. In terms of dimensions, the new car measures 5088mm in length, 1970mm in width, and 1505mm in height, with a wheelbase spanning 3000mm.

The new car features a through-type LED taillight group design at the rear, with a highly recognizable arrangement and combination of internal light sources when illuminated. The addition of an electric lift spoiler enhances the sporty appeal of the vehicle. Furthermore, the entire car is equipped with 31 high-performance sensors, 12 cameras, 5 millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars, and 2 high-precision positioning units.

In terms of interior, the technological configuration features a unified screen design consisting of three 12.3-inch screens, incorporating various pre-installed third-party applications. Moreover, it offers support for gesture control, a four-zone voice system, as well as face and voiceprint recognition capabilities. Additionally, it is equipped with an expansive 60-inch AR-HUD head-up display.

The new car is equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel drive system, providing exceptional power. The front motor delivers a maximum power of 160kW, while the rear motor boasts an impressive maximum power of 215kW. Together, they generate a total system power of 375kW and deliver a remarkable maximum torque of 730 Nm.

In terms of product selling point configuration, the Voyah Passion 2024 New Energy Sedan (ZhuiGuang) stands out with its standard dual motors, 8155 chip, AR-HUD, speed-controlled electric rear spoiler, seat ventilation and heating features, as well as Dynaudio audio system. These are exceptional offerings that set it apart from other products in the same category. As a centralized SOA electronic and electrical architecture model, the Voyah Passion 2024 (ZhuiGuang) is highly likely to receive OTA upgrades in the future. This will enable quick iterative upgrades for driving control domain, cockpit domain, software control functionalities and facilitate easier software engineering development.

Additionally, as a Chinese luxury sedan, Lantu's exterior and interior design seamlessly integrate Chinese aesthetics, drawing inspiration from the Kunpeng in "Zhuangzi·Xiaoyaoyou."

The earliest version of the Passion (ZhuiGuang) did not include a black variant, however, Voyah later took into account user feedback and recognized the demand for business use, resulting in the introduction of the "Xuanying Black" car color at the Shanghai Auto Show.
