The car is based on the all-new BJ40 Blade Hero Edition and commemorates the team's participation in the T2 category (production car group) of the Tengger Desert Rally for the first time, achieving a successful completion of the entire team, and winning six gold helmets (first place in all nine stages) in excellent performance. It is reported that the new car will be officially launched at the end of June and will be limited to production.

In terms of appearance, the new car will adopt the exclusive Fury Gray body color, and will have a special decal and exclusive logo. In addition, the new car will raise the suspension by 20mm, standardize off-road AT tires, and equipped with a full vehicle quick-release design and modification reserve, the rear has a 2.0T towing qualification with a trailer square mouth + power supply port, can achieve 220V / 400W high power power supply and 2.5 ton towing qualification. The vehicle's underbody has 3 metal underbody plates + a lot of coating materials.

In terms of interior, the new Beijing BJ40 Gasoline SUV still retains the Queen's co-driver, and the seats have electric adjustment, heating, ventilation, massage, and memory functions. The steering wheel supports four-way electric adjustment, heating, and memory functions. In addition, the new car will be equipped with an inlaid metal roll cage + cage body, Harman 12+1 ANC active noise cancellation brand speaker, and L2.5-level high-level driving assistance function. In terms of power, the new car still uses a 2.0T engine, with a maximum power of 245 horsepower and a peak torque of 395 Nm. The transmission system is matched with an 8AT transmission. In addition, it is equipped with 11 self-developed ATS all-terrain modes, a 4.0 large gear ratio differential, standard off-road three locks, and a 12-gear crawling mode.

In 2017, the Beijing Automotive BJ40L off-road rally racing car won the championship, Chinese driver champion, T1 group championship and team championship at the Tengger Desert Rally, shocking the audience, thus giving birth to the Huan Ta Champion Edition model. In the subsequent period, it also achieved the excellent achievement of winning the championship five times in four years, and every championship win would launch the Huan Ta Champion Edition model, and the limited number of the model would be the same as the winning year.
