Li Auto has officially announced that it will unveil a new version - the Li MEGA Home Family Special Edition - at this year's Shanghai Auto Show. Compared with the Li MEGA Ultra Intelligent Driving Refresh Edition, this version will not only have the same upgrade in intelligent driving but also enhance the riding comfort, such as adding a second-row rotating seat. The price of this version will be higher than that of the Ultra Intelligent Driving Refresh Edition. It is reported that the Li MEGA Home Family Special Edition will be launched at the Shanghai Auto Show, while the price of the Li MEGA Ultra Intelligent Driving Refresh Edition remains the same as the previous model at 529,800 yuan. Both the Li MEGA Ultra Intelligent Driving Refresh Edition and the Li MEGA Home Family Special Edition will start delivery within May.
It is worth noting that Li Auto has officially released an interior image. From the picture, we can see some details, such as the new car being equipped with a second-row rotating seat, the backrest position adjustment button on the seat armrest having a slight change in shape, and a Type-C charging port and a function button added to the armrest. Meanwhile, the texture of the new car's seat backrest is different from that of the previous model, and the headrest shape has been optimized. However, it is not clear whether the small table in the picture will become a standard feature.
According to the official statement, the Li MEGA Home embodies Li Auto's latest thinking on large family car scenarios, making people feel like they are in a living room when sitting in the car. According to previous information, the Li MEGA Refresh Edition will be upgraded and optimized in some configurations, such as adding electrically operated doors, replacing the laser radar with a new one and the Thor-U chip, and supporting Li Auto's new VLA large model. It is reported that the VLA large model will be launched together with the Li i8 model in July. In terms of power, the Intelligent Driving Refresh Edition is the same as the current model, equipped with an 800V platform and 5C ultra-fast charging, with a CLTC pure electric range of 710 kilometers, a combined power of 400 kilowatts from the dual motors, a maximum torque of 542 Newton-meters, and a 0-100 km/h acceleration of 5.5 seconds.
