BYD Dolphin Pure Electric car

On July 8th, we learned from BYD's official website that its compact car, the 2025 model of Dolphin, has officially gone on sale. The new BYD Dolphin Pure Electric car is available in four different configuration models.

As a minor facelift model, the overall design of the car basically follows the design style of the old model. A brief review shows that the front of the car adopts the ocean aesthetics design concept, creating a round and lively visual effect. The rear of the car features a through taillight group, which has a good degree of recognition after being lit up. At the same time, the rear bumper shape is in harmony with the front. The body size is 4125(4150)mm long, 1770mm wide, 1570mm high, and the wheelbase is 2700mm.

The interior of the car features a symmetrical dashboard design, a narrow strip-shaped liquid crystal instrument panel, and a rotatable 12.8-inch central control PAD, which meets the different needs of users. The operation keys located below the central control screen are in the form of roller and button operation, and even the gear shift mechanism is also located here. This design is more space-saving than the traditional gear shift lever and is more conducive to user blind operation.

In terms of power, the BYD Dolphin Pure Electric car adopts e-platform 3.0 technology and is equipped with the new DiPilot intelligent assisted driving system, which includes ACC self-adaptive cruise control, AEB automatic emergency braking, and LDA lane departure assistance. In terms of power, the new car will provide different users with maximum power of 70 kW and 150 kW drive motor, and CLTC 420 km and 520 km cruising range can be selected.
