Just like the combined fuel consumption, the minimum state of charge fuel consumption is also tested under both NEDC and WLTC conditions. The value presented under NEDC represents the minimum state of charge fuel consumption under the NEDC standard.
The minimum state of charge fuel consumption refers to the fuel consumption of a plug-in hybrid vehicle when its battery is at the minimum state of charge. In simple terms, the minimum state of charge is when the battery of a plug-in hybrid vehicle has been depleted to the lowest allowable level during normal use, and the fuel consumption of the vehicle at this state is the minimum state of charge fuel consumption. This parameter objectively shows consumers the fuel consumption performance of a plug-in hybrid vehicle when it is "out of power".
